We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed fraudulently. If an order is cancelled after payment, you'll receive a full refund. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

Discounts, bundle offers and free gifts are valid while stated on the site, cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless stated.

Our products are designed for pets. Please supervise your pet when introducing a new product and remove any item that becomes damaged.
