Free, Tracked & Insured Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Every order is tracked and insured.

Delivery times
- Processing: 1-3 business days
- Delivery: 4-12 business days after dispatch, depending on your location

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays or customs checks.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track it on our Track Your Order page.

Digital products
Digital items, such as our free Winter Sleep Guide, are sent by email shortly after your order is placed.

Duties and taxes
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, contact us and we'll reship your order or issue a full refund.

Incorrect address
Please check your shipping address carefully. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change it.
